of bustling Managua. From our location in Las Colinas, one of the
safest neighborhoods in all of Managua, our guests have easy access
to all of Managua’s attractions, as well as the airport and all of
Nicaragua’s major cities via interdepartmental bus routes, the
Carretera Pan-Americana Sur, and the Carretera de Occidente.
Managua Hills is also perfect for either the business or casual
traveler. With rates from $28.75 to $77 per night, we provide all of
our guests with a hearty Nica breakfast, in-room AC, hot water, free
WiFi, in-ground pool access, spacious common areas, and the level
of cleanliness Westerners expect in their accommodations. Our
private rooms also include cable TV and local telephone service.
Breakfast is free from 7-10am.

Important Policies and Information
- No pets except for registered animals of people with
disabilities (must provide own pet bed, food, etc.).
- All our rooms are non smoking.
- All guests must provide a passport, cedula, or other form
of official government photo ID.
- Minors shall always be under the supervision of their
parents or tutor
- No visitors of guests are allowed in the rooms. (They
may be in the terrace, lobby, etc.)
- Complimentary breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- For scheduled taxi transportation, please make
arrangements at least three hours in advance.
- Check in starts at 2:00 p.m.. Check out is at 12:00 noon.
